Zafira PSG16 EGR off and tune

I need EGR off solution with disconnected plug because EGR is broken and if possible some power increase or mappack because I didn't found smoke limiter, boost limiter and SVBL.

Here your file egr disconnected. Guess the tune maps you look for are @

0x16E50 (10x12)
0x16F40 (2x1)
0x16F44 (16x9)

Those turbo related, about smoke can't help.

With egr off file, car starts only for a second, then shut off and I have 2 dtc:
P0335 crankshaft position sensor circuit maldunction
P0340 camshaft sensor circuit malfunction

EDIT:

Solved, it was wrong connection at crankshaft sensor........

I don't know the way to disable EGR.

What do you mean to stage 2? I have a Zafi, stock, with 125 Ps. (HW: 0470504202)
How much Ps and Nm with your file?
How can I do to compare your files?

I lost previous EGR off files and pass. Can you make EGR off in this file again with disconnected EGR connector and DTCs off (P0400) without limp mode.
Attached same file. If someone give me a hint about smoke limiter that would be great.
IQ limiters are correct?

I'me back again. I have finally bought a MPPS. And I have extracted file today.
I need to know how to make EGR Off.
Water-cooling intake is broken and now I have sometimes P0400 DTC.
I also want to increase power.

Hello Mario the Boss,

I have written the ECU with your file this morning and tested the car with Egr unplugged on mountain roads for about 20 Kms.

You have made really a very good job.

My first impressions are:
The torque is really present, in some cases I can put a higher gear at same speed.
The accelerations are more progressive. Before I had impression that they where steps in accelerations. This results to a smoother drive.
There is a lot of lesser smoke. I think that is the result of EGR Off
The car stereo works better. I'me joking.

I will let another report after long test drive (flat and high roads) and after I emptied 2 or 3 full tanks. With fuel consumptions.

You're really a great guy. Without you I was totally lost.

1. In the two hysteresis cards, set all values ​​to zero.
2. We increase the value of 450 to the maximum value and lower the value of 900 to the minimum value (zero value).
3. The error mask should be 0, where there is an error 0400.
