Channels slowing

latley when i switch channels i get black screen for about 5 mins then the channel pops up. Once the channel has came up the rest work fine happens every few hrs or so, Any1 else getting this or just me ?

maybe virgin media are rolling over the codes and when u change channel your box is doing its job to retrieve these codes

Reimage box, and reload transponder scan. May have virus on box.:coffin:
