Hi I was running 3.2e and wanted to update to 4.1/4.0 to use wii loader. Could not load 4.1 even loaded cios 36 and 38. Decided to run 4.0, all installed ok as per instructions but when I finished I just get blue screen. Cant turn Wii off (I have to do it by the wall). Does anyone have any ideas????

Not sure if this is the reason why but it asked me to update IOS60. Anyone else had this problem or is aware of a remedy?? Otherwise could be new motherboard/Wii?

I am led to believe it already had ios60 installed and this has caused the conflict. I am in Liverpool with a wife giving me daggers for messing about.

The blue screen appears as soon as I turn on the console. If you could make up a SD card I will give it a try. Thanks for your help.

not sure if this will work from a blue screen m8 but no harm in trying.

Thanks for the file - I keep getting corrupt file on iso38-64v3610. Have you used this file before? Also will the Wii boot from the SD card I am unsure if it will see the SD card untill it completes booting up.

if you used Waninkoko's 4.1 updater fella then ya abit ****ed unless you have bootmii or preloader
since its out of date now and grabs a stub IOS60 from NUSD(Ninty Server) hence the brick
