Hi Guys..

I have silly question.. but please forgive me...

I was wondering is it possible that we can change the millage .. like e.g. i got renault megane and milliage is 70,000 ad i want to change it to 30,000
is it possible???

Just curious that all.. just trying find out weather is it true or not..

give more details, what year is your car?
it is possible but you need specialist equipment

Well basically my car is Year 2004 and it's Renault Megane Privallge car ( Shake your ass ) lol..and got 70,000 Millage clock..
What kind of Equipment do i need. andis expensive to buy it..?

Just eeprom programmer and NYO, licznik, tachosoft etc. You must disassemble dash, find eeprom>desolder>read>modify>program>solder>and voila. :)

do you have to unsolder ALL of eeprom?
can't it be read incircuit?

eg power your reader off cars own battery?

common ground?

sometimes you can read eeprom in-circuit (you have to short out the quartz/crystal), but its best to desolder and read, you get better reading. unless you own an enigma then you could do any mileage without all dat rubbish. mind you tho if i had 9 grand lying around i'd buy 1 2day lol
