P0103 is linked to MAF sensor, not to EGR.

The EGR is actually muffled. This error (P0103) was before the flash.

This error may be set when you have air leaks in the inlet system, or faulty MAF. and so on.
Any way... here is your ori file with P0103 off. The cks is ok.

You're right of course, but now the valve is closed, so in hysteresis need to remove the thread through it. If this is not done, then there will be P0103.
