Hi everyone! I'm new in this world of chiptuners :chuncky:
A friend of mine gave me his old VW Golf 4 tdi 130hp (EDC15P+) as guinea-pig to learn doing custom maps. My questions are:
1. I downloaded crap 5$ maps from ebay and some of them state a maximum power increase of 15%. However, many chiptuners here in town guarrantee an increase of approx. 25/30%. Local chiptuners lying or ebay maps underpowered?
2. I downloaded ecm titanium v1.61 with that bunch of drivers that we all have, any method to get support for last ecu models like SIMOS&co for... free (?) :chuncky::chuncky::chuncky:
3. I will definitely buy Kess v2 v4.036 clone from China, any free methods to upgrade it to v5.017? I have advanced soldering skills.
