Immo off seat Ibza Sdi engine

Hi Mates;
I have to immo off (or clear ) this ecu :
bosch 0281 001 911
038906013 AB;
it belong to a seat Ibiza with SDI engine, 2000 model...
Its own ecus has blown, I opened it and found out that there is no 24Cxx chip on the empty side; so we have to replace it with a second used ecu...
Is there any issue to prepare this ecu for this car ?!

what about swapping that one chip over.

The old ecu(not working one) has no chip at all ... Removed by someone, I don't know why. SO I'm looking for immo off the new ecu in order to start the car.
Found out in Immocleaner that it supports CAddy sdi engines with bosch ecus xxx xxx xxx, I wonder if I can apply this solution ?!

Yes Amine, this solution works 100% Use otocheck 1.2 or SCP Data manager.
