Guys van returned today

Same problem with both files

Autotecno dump have limp mode but no mil

Nikka file has limp mode and p2011 fault Airmas drift sensitivity to high

I still need help

This sprint is quite sensitive. Have you removed the EGR and shut it down mechanically. The file I gave you worked with me with all the plug removed. I additionally closed the EGR mechanically

I have disconected egr and dpf sensors

I will now try to close the egr with plate

In this model, error codes related to the flowmeter can not be erased . Adaptation data on the flowmeter must be canceled

Mate STANISLAV mean that need make adaption with start diagnose to air mass sensor .Farst need to open and check if it's EGR blocked open next need to make adaption with star diagnose to air mass sensor.

Egr is not blocked the van has great power

Problem arises when you drive on a highway with partial load

Hi.This is not too dificult car to do dpf or egr off maibe U have another problem.I don't know that launch or wurth can do adaption of air mass sensor.every time I do this with star diagnose.But I had same problem with sprinter and find broken turbo charger .

Hi, nikka is correct Something is wrong with your air Flow, Is the valve on your egr closed Fully, Is your intercooler blocked & check if your turbo gate is gone stiff !

Wastegate working great on both turbines

Boost goes up to 2 bar and regulating great

The van drives throuout the city without a problem

As soon as you get highway driving at part load...the problem arises

I started making tests on egr it turns out that specified and actual airflow differs a lot

I think this is the main problem

Actual airflow is always from 500mg to 1200..

Mercedes fault code 2011 airflow differce too much from actual airflow

Eobd fault code p0101 airflow problem too less....to much

Tested at least 10 files all of them have the same problem

If you want to fix Mercedes with Launch and wurth i would recommend to never do it again ;) You need proper tools for them chinese scrap is not good enough .....

colleague do not give up:peaceful:. Mercedes Benz is my favorite car for work. Why do not you change the flowmeter to see what's happening and there's a change. Also look for a hole in hoses and joints
