helloo guys can someone please help me im stuck i buy a vw golf 6 gti ecu but its for manual and the golf6 is a dsg can someone please help me with a flash regards

Can't you just recode the ECU for DSG gearbox with VCDS?

Can't you just recode the ECU for DSG gearbox with VCDS? i have tried it just isnt accepting i think i would have to change the internal flash
