ZAFIRA B 1.7DTR 2012 not power up DASH , DIS and not crank

Got this Zafira B from 2012 that came from Opel dealer , and other expert in Electronic management.

The car not crank and i can"t not diag CIM ,SDM ,ECC,IPC , DIS
I have diag width ECU , immo ,
I have this DTC

Is possible by VIN know what this car bring ? epc . cruse control e.t.c ?
Because I have to code the High CAN , middle and Low .

Is this the one like the Astra J with the battery top 8mm fuse connectors that get warm and melt the plastic around the connectors making a shitty connection because of the right good design.

HI Guys
I got the car at my garage
And fany thing append wend I try to diag IPC width OPcom , the ligths on dash came up , so I start to think this is a CAN-Bus problem
I only got opcom 2010 ,139fw any one try the the opcom Software 2014 in Zafira B 2012 up ?!
Does it connect to all modules
I still got no connection to UEC
Does any one have some sheme for this car ?!

I have examined configuration of the car , and the UEC letters aren"t compatible width others modules .
So I decide to get another used , but I can"t know the pin width shore
I read the 95080
Can some give the PIN please ?!

Hi
I take the IPC in pieces , and check the PCB and found one capacitador is missing the one near the D080wq , so I put one and Voila , IPC is live again :ridinghorse:!
But LCD ribbon is Break :beaten:
So now car crunk , I got no DTC"s in ECU ;IPC ; IMMO and CIM .
BUT i don"t got 80v in the Injectors :hmmmm::hmmmm: Or Denso sistems are different ?!!
In diag Sw I can see injection time and quanty
How to see if injectors are not dead , they have 0hms between the 2 pins , and In plug width engine crunking 0v !

Any ideia
