usb loader gx

I have the usb loader gx in my homebrew apps but when I go to load it the screan goes black what am doing thats not right

Is your usb hd device configured to use WBFS?
Are you on Cios249 rev 10 or higher?
Did you rename the .dol file to boot.dol in the apps folder of your sd card?
