help for DCC

Any help or advice i have a problem for my DCC ,when i click it every thing is ok ,network is ok with green color ,all ip adress are ok telnet connected ,ftp connected and bootmanager not found .when i click ftp no thing is at left side where to find etc,var only at right side.before it was working
