Can the EGR valve be switched off on Vectra B Y22DTR.

Does anyone know if it is possible to turn off EGR on this engine at all?

I found the second ECU number 0281010269 of 2.0 engines.It has 29F200BB memory.I found a dump of 2.2 engines,
with 29f200bb memory and wrote it in memory of that ECU, I copied the eeprom from the original and start engine.

Can anyone in this dump switch off the EGR and calculate the checksum.
