It's 020h from eeprom not ST92

I am little bit confused about this, did you meen on EEPROM area from ST92F120 or EEPROM like separate chip like 24C16 or similar?

Should be a 5 leg eeprom close to ST92, or could be internal

Ah yes, this will be the internal eeprom type, your ST92 should have internal eeprom
