Transit 2013 SID208 programming

Hi!
Is that possible, the 2.11 Ktag can't read SID208 Ford from year 2013?
It can connect to ECU but can't ID and must select plugin manually (510) but after nothing happen.
Device is EU, works perfect with other ECU like EDC17 BMW, VAG, Opel etc...

if you have the same quartz as the picture on the left should work . if reworked with the one on the right it will not

It can read with 14V!!!!!
