207 ecu locked

Can any one shed any light on a problem 207 I have . 2010 207 with the mini engine 8FS. It's a non start, no fault code anywhere. Keys programmed these a seen and accepted by the bsi. My problem is in the unlocking of the engine ECU and the exchange of data between the bsi and the engine ecu. I have good can via the abs. The ecu is waiting for the bsi response. And the bsi has not sent the adc data and I don't know why? This is now driving me mad. Any help would be awesome.

What type of ECU is inside?
Maybe you can make immo off.

put the key in driver door lock and unlock with the key, not with remote
and then read the ecu status will become unlock and start the car

Unfortunately, lack of synchronization immo ECU and BSI

If the was a sync error there would be fault code there are none.

Do bsi reset and migt need to unplug and replug coms 2000 unit as well if i am correct ????

i had same trouble with a few citroen and peugeot i never come out from this ecu locked unles i change all kit bsi ecu and keys i d like to know how ulock these bastards i think peugeot home can do it good luck
