Hi guys, im a student of motorsport engineering at coventry university and i've been building a project with my golf 3 Afn engine but now i need some help with the remap. The list of mods made is:

-11mm plunger
-.250 nozzles(injectors with just one main opening pressure instead off pre injection)
-sachs racing clutch with single mass
-1.9 sdi cam
-gt18v
-55mm pipe work
-60mm exhaust
-FMIC
-Oil cooler with radiator
-PD130 intake
-3Bar Map sensor

Now i have some questions:
1-How much hp do you think i can take from this setup?
2-How much IQ do you think i need to achieve that?
3-Still dont understand how to mod N146 pump voltage map (need a help here)
4-How can i make new higher values readable on vcds?

Thank you!

USE GOOGLE than u found what you need ;-)

the ecu is so easy and check the ecu limits .

make it mafless its drive better

200hp with the setup i think no problem

Ive already searched a lot but as never seen same setup, 11mm plunger with .250 nozzles, voltage map. i dont need someone to make the map for me, just explain me how to calculate.

what do you mean by ecu limits? the maps axis limits or the ecu capacity itself?

by mafless you mean replace Maf to Map based smoke map right?

Thank you for your help!

mafless correct

ecu limit is the maximal injection limit that can calculate the ecu

i think nobody explain you the calculation from pump voltage here

search a good tuner and buy a file

than you can understand ;-)
