NISSAN ALMERA N16 1.5 Not Start , no power on Coils and no DIAG

HI Guys !
Got this N16 that stop widthout no reason !
I try to conect Consult , KTS, Autocom e.tc but no luck !
No Airbag diag to,
The car have no 12v in Ignition Coils , can be this problem of Immo , or Relays ?!

Guys
No one have a clue ?!
Today I check ECU/ ECM plug and I got no voltage on ignition main Relay pins of the ecu !
Nats ligth on dash still on .
Does Nats immo system have to do some thing width ?
I got no voltage in ,coils , EGR, MAF,
What this system cuts , Injection or ignition ?!

Update
The ECU do not have ground to Injection relay !
If I bypass " short " the relay car starts


Any tips ?!
