Citroen Xara Picasso sagem s2000pm2 immo off help needed.

I need immo off for Citroen Xara Picasso 2004. Ecu is sagem s2000pm2, eprom 95160

I did immo off with the file attached below and car runs but is limited to +/- 2800 rpm, cruise control and AC are not working. I have tested it with Lexia and there is NO dialogue with ECU. I did cut F4 line out of middle plug. Can anyone please help?

dont cut anything and make configuration of ecu
