Freelander II 2012 Not Starting

Can Anybody Help Me to Correct This Freelander II 2012 ECU file, Now Vehicle Does not Start, Please check This file For me , I read it Via K-Tag. I Really appreciate your Help!

file is read ok. you write it bye obd?? if you write this file bye boot mode the car will start , if dont start you damage ecu ore have fuse problem ore somthing.

i write via K-tag boot mode, but didnt work. is there anything else to do.
