help. tech2win GM test cluster on bench "communication error"

help me.
got vxnano GM interface for tech2win , to test and diagnose dash clusters on bench.
hooked up 12V to OBD and cluster and class 2 data line to obd vxnano.
but when try to tun a test i get "communication error".
I tested the interface and it good and shows connection in software but cannot run a test to cluster.

Same power supply....

Positive to DLC Pin 16 and cluster Pins B11 & B9
Ground to DLC Pins 4 & 5 and cluster pin B12
DLC Pin 2 to cluster pin A6

Have you tried using it on any cars? Is your software updated for NAO?

Is your tech2win configured properly for that cable? Post a screenshot of your tech2win home page, does it look like this (but with a different version of NAO)?
