Anyone know how much D-Flash and EEE should be set ?

Friend carcity ir other friend ahí can help me. I am trying to read immo information inside ECU Delphi MT22.1 from Geely Emgrand EC7. I want to save info for clone it and in future moment write it in another ECU. When I try to read MC9S12XEP768MAG with UPA USB it says Device not Respond.
I had tried with external 5V from atx source and direct from upa and nothing. Friend CARCITY had posted virgin immo from mt22.1, and I need to know if this is good for all mt22.1, also please give me password for two files. I had never before work with MOTOROLA mcu. I post picture of connections that I used.

Pin5 GND
PIN 6 BKGD
PIN 7 RESET
PIN 9 VDD

I think maybe the problem is what MCU can not be readed mounted in pcb, but at same time I saw in PCB test points VDD, VSS, BKGD, RESET. I hope your attention friends.
