sync ews3 and m5.2.1 help

hi to all i´m having a problem i dont know why but i cant sync this one already paired isn but when trying to sync with inpa i get ifh-0009 (no comunication) with the ews <br>already changed ews and checked wiring <br><br>

the isn is ews 10bb,
ecu 10bb

but i cant sync in the car it gives me comunication error in the ews when i try to connect to it
i also have identification error its a m5.2.1 is it avaiable with inpa??????

Ews connect to Ike to k-bus
Ike to connect DME in can, maybe can fault
