Megane 2 1,9 dCi without ECU virgin dump need 0281011776

Hi All.
I recived to start up Renault Megane II 1,9 dCI without ECU :) There is no old ECU at all! Swap eeproms is impossible.
Working card from this car is pressent.

I bought used ECU for this car :
Bosch EDC16
0281011776 sw. 1039S04039
I need virginize eeprom from this ECU or some another solution to start engine .

Here is ori eeprom 95160 from new used ECU.

I hope you give me some advice.

I think your file is ok. There are no errors about immo. Engine almost start but I think this car was no running since over 1 year. Looks like there is a lot of air in CR. I don't know how is fuel condition. Tomorrow I make "cocpit cleaner feeting" and I give feedback. Thank you for help.
oh. VIN in ECU is different that in another components in car but this is not problem I think.
