Problem with Ford Infineon

Trying to add to my post but forum won't let me.
In response to Slick, I have attached pics of board in ECU I am working on and layout looks slightly different to the one in pic attached origionally.
Hopefully this may shed some light on the problem.

Do you work for hills motor salvage lol

that positive connection in top right corner looks dodgey man, and the earth?? direct connection is required here, straight to only that positive pin and soldered earth

u would also benefit from a direct connection to unit rather the split at the microclips

cant even make out the shorts, i have an example to show u but pics a bit dark
