2015 Nissan Rogue 98820-4BA0A crash

Have a 2015 Rogue 98820-4BA0A read with Xprog box.

Need help clearing crash.

Xprog box has only 2 options when reading, 64k and 256k.

CarProg usually only reads 64k, so I assume that's where the crash is stored.

Attached files are 64k, 256k, and 320k(manually combined).

Your cleared file, clear errors, switch ignition off for 10 sec, switch ignition on, clear errors again and done ...

Help clear crash or need to determine if the module is bad. Too many faults, nothing gets cleared. Tried different eeprom file from allegedly good module and mine is giving me faults for configuration missing and CPU internal failure.
