Mercedes Viano 115CDi ECU damaged

Hello. I have problem with Mercedes Viano. I think that an ECU has been damaged. Car not start. DTCs: P1630 (immo is blocked) and P1617 (ECU - program error). I attached file from galletto (bdm). I think that flash is damaged, I change it but without success. I can not find another eeprom dump. Maybe someone has this dump. Also, any ideas??

ECU: EDC16C2, A 646 150 25 78, 0 281 013 451
