peugeot 207 no acceleration plese full good bdm file

i have a peugeot 207 hdi
i start the car no acceleration
no rpm more than 700
dealer say that update the ecu could resolve this probleme

wire ok
i change ecu many times
i change pedal accelrator sensor


probleme still existe . so please someone give ma a good full bdm dump for this ecu
