passat CC keyless problem

hi,smart people please advise.
car is 2009 year passat cc keyless go with pcf7936

problem is that keyless dont work.

story.

car was no start because of loss keys.
nobody couldt do key with vcds,abritus,vcp.
owner brought car to dealer. they flashed all immo modules etc but couldn start the car. owner took it back.
finaly made key with tango from comfort module. than they tried make central loocking sync. no tool done that. in vcds 001 channel dont see radio frequency dont recognize.
thank bought new comfort module. swapped eeproms etc,car started but still no remote function.

where could be problem and how keyless go functions syncs?

as on dash when programming by obd its shows 0-2 and you can change keys multiply times its stays 0-2 and car dont start even with old programmed keys. need again do chip with tango..

any ideas?

Is the PCF7936 in the key the one that was originally supplied in the key?
The keyless part and the transponder are matched to each other, if the pcf has been changed the keyless will not work.

no . one key is original as ownew sais other is donor.
so by this problem could be here if chip and remote must match. so it is best way to order key prom dealer new prepared

You onlu nead to program transponder with tango dont write new dum back
Then program that key with diagnostic and everything will work.
Personaly I made couple keyles keys for passaat and eveythig worked fine

No , he means , make dealer key with TANGO, but new eeprom dump do not write in CCM.
Then use VCDS and program key , On this car when you program key remote program automatically along with key programing.

Had the same issue once.
Struggled a lot to got it work. The thing that coused all trouble was gateway which someone upgraded and it didnt let to do keys in normal procedure.
Only add key to dump worked. After gtw change to original all worked fine.

Does 36 chip and remote must match in key?

Mate passat 3c without keyless have id48 and remote board. With Keyless only bord with pcf7936 id46. It is two different keys
Keyless 3C0959752BG
Remote 3C0959752AD BA etc.
