toyota smart key info about if the key was unlocked succefuly

i have buy a used toyota smart key
i read it with vvdo key tool .. but i can not see if its locked or unlocked

i have try the special function to unlock it... the light did not blink but i have get the message that key is now unlock
can any one confirm
