Subaru XV year 2016 need good file 93c86

Dear Friends
Someone was trying to lower the mileage of this Subaru XV of 2016 whose eeprom is a 93C86 and ended up ruining this instrument panel, now shows lenguanje in Japanese and RPM not work nor the speedometer. Please can anyone help me with a good eeprom 93c86 file?

Pleasr send picture of dash and the cluster number. Also please note that Subaru has an immobeliser code in the dash, so you will not be able to run the engine with new file.

different from my area, Subaru here cannot run the engine with corrupted file in intrument cluster, but it can run with a good file from another same car
