ok, universal julie emulator from carlabimmo will be ok? i seen one option 'vag without CAN' and 'vag valve code' and don't know is any for siemens ECU dedicated or no...

Yes Julie will work ...check on manual Julie in pdf ....use simple cheap vag emulator, in Poland many chinese emulators and it will work ...Did you try immo off like Siemens Simos in 93c56 ?
