Im working now on same ECU, and looking also for immo off solution,( car is far way, dont have car to test )
I do know your immo off file ,
my opinion is :
when car has bad wiring problem ( bad connection between ecu and bodycomputer/BSI or key antenna) car does start with your file,,but !!! when the connection between ecu and bsi is again good ( doest not matter for short or long time ) dump of 95160 is changing. and car doest not start a more,,,
to be sure read 95160 again and compare it with your ori immo off file.

immo line on iaw4af ( without canbus) is #Pin 13,,, with canbus dont cut any wire, some functions will not work anymore,, disconnect key transponder/antenna. or better way is set 95160 in write protection ( all blocks protected )
I wil do it also on this way

can someone tell it us how 95160 to read in circuit ?? xprog-carprog-tl866 no luck, I think some pins must be lifted...but which pins ?

i read eeprom via OBD, good tools is "ioterminal" - read eeprom and flash via OBD

did you see any change at 95160 ? or nothing is changed ?

Chinese copy everything except ioterminal , maybe they make a surprise, would be very nice

i have received today an good feedback from customer, car start and run without problem,
wat I did is : a good immo off file + write protected 95160 + disconnect key antenna

you can try this if problem is not yet solved

io con Carprog ho letto la 2 eprom 95160 di cui allego i due file Bin
sulla scatola nera eprom i valori sono stati dal primo al durare tutta la FF, che ho poi modificato trovando questo sulla rete

Hello good morning so if I understand correctly I have to remove immo only on the main ECU the IWA 16F.EJ, and on the small black one the values were all in FF, perhaps because the Eprom was canceled.
If any of you can provide me with the two Bin files that I can rewrite I would be grateful.

After having done immo off, on the file of the 95160, before connecting the engine ecu, you have to disconnect the immo box, if it has the bsi, just disconnect the antenna near the key block.

You have to remove immo only on the main unit of the IWA 16F.EJ, the small black one (immo box) you just have to disconnect it.
