2016 Accord

Any one have a good dump for a 2016 accord 4 door auto US model?
was doing one and now dump is corrupt and mileage and trip blank cluster still works gauges etc seems better to take Cluster apart n remove c76 keep getting fail to verify data won't save complete dump a few bytes here and there change each time you read or write using USA prog voltage set at 3.1 to 3.5 Accord 2013 C76 option

There has to better tool like upa vvdi Carprog or something to read write via solder points or another approach

How many have you done? 2013-2016? I did one before this gave me hell but it programmed
after about 10 tries this one not so easy. Im
wondering if the 2016 circuits are the same as 2013? Does anyone know if I can just use a 2013-14 dump?

many different builds on that dash? writing u may have more or may have less..... but either way wont be correct

Clusters had a dump posted on here 4K anyway keep in mind my car was a 2016 EX Sedan Auto btw took the cluster completely apart and desoldered tssop was then able to read and write at will. I'm convinced smelecom is not the tool for this cluster via solder points!

Gonna give the next one a try with kynar wire and smelecom but gonna read and save dump with VVDI and Carprog first.

ive done many a time with smele , so far ive done 22 accords maybe more no issues

I think your just lucky, I cleaned pads with alcohol and applied flux, tinned fresh wire, soldered wires to board, used magnified glasses to see if solder points had shorts/bridges etc., read dump, save dump, edit dump, write dump. Bammmm!!!! Shit hits the fan!!

? Sounds like someone is calling me out, i think the proccess can only maybe work for sure with kynar wire, inserted into those lil crummy contact points then while held into and not on those points solder adapter wires to kynar wires, then read and save dump mutiple times and compare dumps if they all match then edit & write. But i still see guys on here that have way more experience than me having issues and even saying jprog or other programmers better choice for this specific dash.

We have BIG trouble with these. We can do 1 no problem and then the next does exactly what you described... corrupt data. I have written about these before and everyone else seemed to have no problems so I thought it was just us but we have three DSP+ units from Smele and they all do the same thing... even tried switching out eeprom adapters. It is like rolling the dice

EEPROM make sure to use kynar if reading from Via pads on back of cluster to be safe.

2016 same as 2014 I use kynar on solder pads, through hole good connection.

Correction there is a diffrent version from 2016 and up where eeprom is on back, but do not I repeat do not read in circuit! Safer to remove then read. Read at 3.3V

So far for me the vvprog in circuit works good, you just have to set
3.2V. I have try many famous programmers in circuit , but non of them
was working correctly. I did many honda accord from 2013-18 and so far
no problems.
