Hi,
I am having trouble with an EDC16 ECU. Basically car was hit by lightning and the ECU's can line has failed. With DICE i can read fault codes etc, identify car fine. I
did an BDM clone to another ECU(reworked fgtech), everything r/w fine but when i plug the ECU in, it does not even identify the car. I can connect using K-line also to the ecu and i can read flash fine on bench. Anyone has any insights on why the other ECU is not even detected? Tried writing original software, still the same case.
