Hi I'm wondering if an xprog m 5.0 clone will read the eeprom from 9s12 0L01Y ezs without deleting the flash.

my setup would be xprog m 5.0 clone with external 12v power supply connected to com port. I've also been told that having verify turned off is needed.

The ezs is A 906 545 64 08 with pcb ezs-ncv3 290 374 06 B.

This xprog as has the vppr fix added to the green pcb so has a 100k resistor added accoss base and emitter of Q7 if that is of any relevance.

thanks in advance

thanks in advanceI will not try with it. Use Rosfar or upgrade Xprog to the higher version.

Im having a problem were xprog gets stuck trying to bypass security. Im using xprog 5.0 would it be better to use 5.3 or update the programmer. Ive also been having trouble with a clone r270+ (black box) that gets a error getting chip ID.

any help much appreciated
