Honda Accord ECU compatibility

Hi there,

There's a honda Accord CL7 k20z2 with 155 hp.

Ecu got water damage, doesn't work.

I'm looking for another ecu. First I'd like a used one.

Its ecu number: 37820-RBA-G21. I caanot find any ecu with these numbers, only ecu s like this: 37820-RBA-E02, so the 3 last numbers are different.

So my question: what kind of ecu is compatible with the original one?
