having problems getting motor to move with current settings.i have tuner config set up as advance, diseqc 1.2,universal. if i go to positioner, use colour buttons to move, nothing responds. i have no problems with my siteam/dgs image on flash,so i know motor is ok. anyone else having problems or wish to share their motor settings. i dont use a v-box. oh,orgot to mention, green screen is present when u go to satfind and scroll through the settings,i can live with that though, thanks

hi,thanks for the reply.i dont know if its an image problem or not. i got the motor to move, but wont move east. now its failed all together. i decieded to go back to flash(dgs image) and move the dish to 1 west, locked onto the sat, then rebooted back to usb(E2). now i know the dish is fixed on 1 west. if i go to digi tv,i just get a weak signal 48% no picture, sometimes says tune failed.the channel isnt greyed out.i have read somewhere on an snr fix,but i think this was for the first E2 releases. thanks

Are those settings correct for all motorised systems aftermath?
I'm getting mine fitted next week but i'll be doing the receiver side myself.I've an 88cm triax with an alsat dark motor and will be using usals.

above should be fine,i used above and also tried the settings for "simple" in positioner settings. both work in a fashion now. still woundering why the signal says 48% 52% on others compared to high 80's on the dgs settings. thanks

Ian

It could be the readings on signal meters are correct m8 using E2 & maybe system needs tweaking

If i remember right alot of DGS images gave in accurate readings & some even came up at 100%

Cheers

they are my e2 motor settings for DISEq 1.2 motor.

@ Ian , catseye is correct the DGS systems were showing up a high signal for a few images therefore giving a false reading, the E2 signal level might be correct and you still might be able to view channels.

Ian Try to install the latest PKT 0.6.0 E2 image... i think its got fixes for motorised setups..
