carprog can't connect to remote server

I try to do speedometer w211 with carprog v10 clone and a1 obd2 I get error : can't connect to remote server
What that ?
I change Km on dash eeprom 24c16 do I need to change Km somewhere to?

Should i program eis box for km or just speedometer?
