I swapped pump but cant code it in... Car is 1999 and ecu have 5 plugs 24c04eep i found pin in dash but cant login to ecu... Is there some special procedure for this?

is it same number on pump ,there is several types and can not synchronization if is different number

There is no Pin in ECU, use Immo 2 adaptation procedure for ECU form Ross-Tech .
Or read Eeprom from ECU and post here , and I will make it immo off. 99-2001 immo off works OK.
