Repairing MS41. Coil issue - transistor burned.

Hello guys, I have a bmw 320 e36 in my work shop with a coil issue. I ooen ecu and see burned transistor. I know this is a common issue but I cant found this model of motorola transistor. Does anyone know a good replace for this? I read about HGTP14N40 but I need confirmation. Thanks in advace. I attach photo of ecu.
