F5 press...

Hi,sorry to bother,is not auto... but could some member tell me how solve this?
Change forum and no login,press "F5" login,return login,search no login,press "F5" login,post not see post, "Five more" see post...

This is some kind of nonsense which started after forums "upgrade". IMHO it was not an upgrade but a huge downgrade.... This has been going on for past few months!

For me F5 doesn't always work, I need to do CTRL+F5 or even clear the browsing data/cookies/etc...

Hope this will get solved soon..........
