BMW E39 540i Map?

Hey dudes,
i need a mappack or damos for my e39 540i manual trans.
i want edit the "thermostat" table (Where is the map? I have Winols 2.24), Vmax Off and the RPM a little bit higher.
Read by MPPS V16.
