Ecu W210 need virgin or off

Hello all,
i have this ECU in attached picture i need to make it virgin please ?!
any one help me ?!
and what i should read to make it virgin, and is it possible to make it off ?!!
it have eeprom 24c04 and flash AM29F400BT.
