FVDI Problems blue screen appears when execute any software

Hi, i have many problems with my Fvdi, it works at first but not to good because some features dont work fine like the tag functions, after that, starts to appear the blue screen each time when execute any software, i try to install in other computers with same windows 7, re-install drivers and program and the problems remains, please heeeelp.

what FVDI 2014?you put latency port to 1ms?uninstal from device manager ,and put in usb another time.
