Passat 2007 /automatic Simos PPD1.5 Immo off HELP

I went on job to programme new ESL lock(new from VW) on Passat( fold in immo -faulty ESL -car start same times ,same times not starting ) ,i Have the pin true ecu (AVDI genuine), and use Ros Tech to code the ESL and i have followed the instruction

when went to [security Access-16]
the Immo don't accept the pin,comes with (Controller refused the key !Error 35:Invalid Key)
The car was starting with 2 keys before i start working

i have the BCM eeprom to xros reference the pin (35404) it is the same . The problem is The car don't start with old ESL any more .
in the immo i have 5 DTC can not be cleared at all
