Vactra c 2004 code CDR 2005 SIEMENS

I have a problem with my veactra c 2004.
I fitted a second hand radio and can't insert the code.is showing "10 SAFE" instead allowing me to insert the code even if I don't have it.I will read the eeprom and post it here maybe someone can give me code and right directions.

TMS370 for Delco

Press and hold as button then turn on radio then should be ready to enter code

And..........Query about code is off in my opinion!

Radio code is 7511 and you have all 10 attemts to enter code

Requesting the code in your dump is off !!!! So the radio should not be looking for code !!

If I hold AS and press power button appears "10 SAFE" and does not allow me to enter the code..

and CODE IS OFFI think you are wrong.I've seen the code there .was starting with 38..and yes code is off.

I have to check what's wrong

I realized what I was wrong with
if the selection stays on the archive shows code 6531
if the selection stays on the BIN shows the correct code 3803
