Sam smart repair

Hello friends have here one Sam for smart fourtwo V013 who needs repair.
When i install in the car programmed our virgin I give always dash lights on and I can’t do nothing.
Change by another Sam and everything is perfect.
So is a Sam problem,anyone have a solution for this?
No water damage in Sam the board is super clean.

Hello again I manage to solve the problem.now everything works fine.
For those who have same issue you can solve it by changing the canbus chip.
