AUDI 3.0TDI ASB dpf off smoke problem

Good day,

ECU BOSCH EDC16CP 0281013191

dpf was off
egr was off
swirl flaps was off.

Auto drives good, no errors in ECU but smokes blue every rpm.
At first I suppose that is the problem in engine or injectors.
After flatting maps like on photo. Smoking was stoped ...
but when car drive ~100-150km, it starts smoking again.

When engine was cold there is no smoke. But if its hot ...
smokes a lot in every rpm.

I would be very thankful if somebody help me with this.


I think it is not oil burn problem. Smoke smells like unburned diesel.
Car has less than 200.000 km mileage, before dpf cut there is no oil consumption.

I think its software problem ... after cut dpf egr and swirl flaps car smokes like now.
Next post injection maps was flated... smoke stoped.
200km more and starts smoke again.
I checked engine parameters regeneration didnt started that it wasnt dpf maps problem.
I suppose that reason is in post injection map but I didnt know how to fix it maybe my damos file to this engine (ASB) isnt
complete beacause I didnt see any more maps marked as Post Incjection MAP

Do you made it manualy or with software ?
For DPF off it is enough to set in 8bit adress 1D16C4 to 0
If you disconnect sensor you must set switches

I used ADS DPF/EGR Remover 2017.05, Post Injection maps was flatted manually with WinOLS

Cold engine didnt make any smoke,
hot engine when drive ok, when stop without load ...after 20-30 sec on high rpm smoke.

chli file will not work because switch is already off in your file. It could be turbo problems, because turbo leaks oil into exaust

its hard to explain. Today I drive this car some kilometers. Its difficult to describe. Cold engine ok. Hot engine ok - no smoke.
But if engine working and car didnt drive ... maybe 20-30 seconds starts smoking a little. There is no smoke on small rpm ~1000-1500
if rpm are bigger smoking a lot. If drive faster when engine load are bigger stops smoking ... and if car stay a little time .. smoke again...
I think when turbo was broken smoke will be at high rpm too ... But Im not sure... any suggestions ?

Check EGR if smoke grey on idle RPM it's posible to EGR not working good or one of injectors are bad and leak fuel...

when these cars smoke my experience is 95% bad injectors

Check Measuring Block 72 to 76 on engine and post values - first 3 groups on each block

Hello,

I have similar problem, but it looks like that mine is wit EGR, I have DPF off, but EGR and swirl flaps are not disabled.
Can someone please help me with winols, I don't know where to find them.
The car is smoking only between 70 and 90 degrees and when it get optimal working temperature the smoke stops, when it cools down smoke again. there is no oil consumption.
I tested the fuel injectors, all fine, turbo is also good.

check this, calculate chks don't disconect sensor if is the same blue smoke ,i think can be problem injectors or turbo!
