Micra K12 Steering Virgin File

Had Micra K12 2004 with intelligent won't start after Battery Change. Turns out that the Power steering had been changed a few months back.
Virginalised the 24C16 and the car stared success at last.

Below is a copy of the bin file.

None of the dumps are virgin if you ask me, after over 40 years on the job when I had a look at the virgin files I new it wasn’t the virgin file and asked for second opinion and they insisted the file was virgin nevertheless I tried and did not work eventually I managed to get the proper virgin file and bingo it worked.
